本报讯 近日,ARJ21-700新支线飞机在静力试验和地面试验中不断传来好消息。重大试验不断向前推进,这标志着ARJ21飞机的研制又向前迈出了重要一步,为下一步的试飞和适航取证奠定了基础。
10月21日15时50分,ARJ21-700飞机全机最大垂直力着陆情况极限载荷静力试验在中航工业强度所圆满完成。这是继新支线飞机稳定俯仰(2.5g)极限载荷试验成功后取得的又一项重大成功。中航工业副总经理耿汝光、中国商飞副总经理罗荣怀以及来自中航工业基础院、中航工业强度所、中国商飞上飞公司、上飞院、中航商飞及相关单位的参试人员共200余人见证了试验。
据强度所负责人介绍,新支线飞机稳定俯仰(2.5g)极限载荷试验后,在后续试验中,该试验是唯一全机情况,总载荷最大,加载最复杂,机身和机翼连接十字架区域最严重的考核工况,是难度和风险最大的试验。为保证试验的顺利进行,强度所全体参试人员在中国商飞的协同下,攻坚克难,顽强拼搏,放弃节假日加班加点,最终取得了试验的成功。
这是ARJ21-700飞机研制取得的又一重大进展,也是民机强度试验技术取得的又一重大突破,为下一步试飞及适航取证工作的全面展开奠定了坚实基础。(王立群 周立京)
又讯 10月15日,在适航代表的现场见证下,中航工业试飞院与设计单位一起,用ARJ21-700飞机104架机成功组织实施了新支线飞机“发动机短舱防冰”和“干空气机翼防冰系统性能”两项MC5关键地面试验。该试验的成功为新支线今后开展模拟冰型和自然结冰(均为国家Ⅰ类风险科目)两项关键的适航取证试飞项目奠定了基础。
按照中国民航适航条例CCAR-25部的要求,新支线飞机要获得适航证,必须要进行高风险的模拟冰型和自然结冰试验,以检验飞机的安全可靠性。而进行这两项关键试飞的前提是完成“发动机短舱防冰”和“干空气机翼防冰系统性能”两项地面试验,以验证飞机防冰系统的工作性能。
为开展这两项重要的地面试验,各参试单位付出了巨大的努力,试飞院航电所专门为试验研发出了机翼温度测量系统,用以有效检验飞机防冰系统的工作情况。这套测温系统在国内首次应用,它还将用于国产大型客机的试飞试验。试验前期,试飞院测试所、改装部、民机大队等单位分别完成了飞机数据采集分析、飞机内外部改装、机务检查调试等相关准备工作,确保试飞顺利进行。(杜春江)
