5 units in first year ?

Not bad considering C17 didn't reach double figure capacity for 5 years after production started

Let's see China reach 10 units in 2 years

Too bad the symbol of the car maker can't be discerned. I'd like to find out the car's width...
That's a 2nd gen pajero (locally built version called Changfeng), you can find the car's width but I doubt you can do anything with it since you don't know the distance between the car and the plane and the precise focal length of the photo. I don't think any accurate calculation can be done.

Yeah, it's still better to use the width of the engine faces/nacelles. But even that seems horribly imprecise. Actually, it may be best to simply trust the google earth ruler. satellite photos seem to indicate fuselage width of 5.3-5.5 meters. C17 has cabin width ratio of 1/1.3, but it's not as circular as y20. il76 is more circular in cross section so its 1/1.4 ratio seems more applicable. if true, it might mean 3.85 m wide cabin floor. give or take a decimeter.
