There was an article on Y-30 proposal, but nothing came of it, or so I thought.Surely not !
The image You posted is a CG of the Y-20 potsed before we got the first true images of the real Y-20.
Even more I think they speak of a much smaller aircraft to be powered by only two engines as a possible Y-8/-9-successor ... and as far I as thought this would be the Y-30.

A transport for which turboprop as well as turbofan engines are considered is likely to have swept wings. I like turboprop aircraft with swept wings. Until now there has only be the Tu-95 family and, with but little sweep, An-70 and Airbus A-400M but the concept has more possibilities.Something new:
