That's right the second one was the one that was covered in that blue cover sitting on the tarmac a few months ago and the 3rd one is the second one to fly
Also for Y-20 it makes sense you will need one for static and extensive structural testing after all it's a heavy transport
I would expect a few more for testing also

I'm fairly confident that we will see WS-20 if not in the first batch that enter service, then at least not long after
Not that far off. The WS-20 shares the same core as the WS-10, which means it's testing will not taking as long.

Maybe the PLA doesn't feel like it needs the AN-124 as an organic part of its fleet.
They can (and did) charter or lease from Russian and Ukrainian carriers when there's occasionally a need to fly oversized cargo.

True. In november last year, AN-225 went to china to pick cargo.
Why 2015? we have seen only one photo of WS-20 being tested since january this year (have that photo been confirmed?). Could they install that engine in a prototype? prototype engine in a prototype plane?
