Oh well that is basically IAF's entire strategic airlift fleet in a single airbase.

IAF has as of right now 11 C-17s and 17 Il-76MDs

Also is Kaifeng a PLAAF airlift brigade's base? Does that mean all these aircraft belong to a single brigade?

yes and no … at Kaifeng there is not an Air Brigade based but the 37th Air Regiment

Most likely it was in China. Support truck (compressed air energy storage CAES) with Chinese characters 模块化 ... And orange winter cloth worn by airport worker.

More specifically, the new Xianyang airport in Shaanxi. The truck is marked "T5", Terminal 5. This xinhua report indicates that it is the only airport with 5 terminals

Can you do us all a favor and stop comparing PLAAF to IAF? What is that nasty obsession with comparing China to India?

I mean according to Huitong's page, we have photos for 29 Y-20A and 4 -Y-20B in Kaifeng, so there is nothing significant about 28 of them in a photo.
