Yes, finally a confirmed Y-20B from the 13th Transport Division, 37th Air Regiment based at Kaifeng.
Is this very first in service Y-20B with tail number seen?
Well, we’ve seen at least 5 Y-20Bs at Kaifeng in November/December (?) but yes, this is the first leaked image.

I've always disliked the skinny engines; they looked so disproportionally out of place... And weak.
Quite overdue. They need that airframe for all the EW/AEW&C/ASW etc. variants.
