There are more countries with limited enrichment capabilities. Including Japan, Brazil, Argentina, India, Pakistan, Iran and North Korea.
The main US enrichment facilities are a local branch from EU company Urenco. The original US enrichment facilities from the Cold War were closed down as uneconomic. And the US has failed to make its own modern enrichment technology and put it into commercial use. The US financed projects from Centrus and Global Laser Enrichment can at best be considered to be experimental facilities.
