According to this article (and others), the contract was with an undisclosed African country.
It does however note collaboration between PIESAT and Russia and a central asian country

In addition PIESAT signed a 2.9 billion yuan strategic cooperation agreement with Pakistan, they specified there is no transfer of fund yet.

Very interesting on this Nuwa constellation. It is kind of interesting to me that they essentially have multiple constellations they are launching now. I don't know what they have both Jilin-1 and this Nuwa constellation for international customers. Maybe the latter is more designed for military end users.

Nuwa's plan is smaller than Jilin-1. 114 satellites vs 300+

High-resolution images from the launch of the 6th batch of satellites of Geely's GeeSpace/GeeSat constellation. The launch was carried out by a Jielong-3 rocket, which also carried the Peking University Space Star 01, an experimental satellite used to verify LEO satellite communications technologies.

After 6 launches (including 3 very recently), the first phase of GeeSpace constellation with 72 satellites is complete.
Wow...that was fast. Seems they will soon overtake even Qianfan satellite constellation who has been severly delayed recently, not sure when they will be back on track again. How many satellites does Geespace intend to launch for this constallation in total?
Plus do you know when next Guowang next satellite will be launch? It will soon be a month when they last launched, they seem to have been accelerating their launch schedule recently, so i thought they will keep it up for the rest of the year.

64 launched not 72.

Phase Two will introduce 264 additional satellites to enable direct-to-cell communication, extending services to existing mobile phones globally. Phase Three, 5,676 multimedia satellites will be added, offering high-speed LEO broadband communication that caters to both consumer and industrial needs

That is an apple and orange comparison. Jili constellation is an IoT net with speed only to 1.9KB/s. A decades old 3G broadband datarate is 2.6 MB/s, 1368 times. Qianfan and any counterparts are in the range of many MB/s. Not saying Jili is any insignificant, but it is not the same thing to compare with.
