According to a now deleted paragraph in one of CMSOE's announcement CZ-10A's first stage uses a 7-4-1 engine sequence for ascent/return/landing, which can be deduced to be like this:

There doesn't seem to be both a "Boostback burn" and "Reentry burn", so the reentry profile will either be a boostback without reentry burn (like Starship) or a reentry burn without boostback (like on Falcon 9 launches requiring high performances), since recovery was previously announced on a recovery ship, the later is more likely.
The general test duration (320 seconds, including 200 seconds cruise period between 1st - which was 5 seconds long at 100% thrust - and 2nd burn) are consistent with the post-MECO trajectory of a VTVL booster (for example, on the latest Starlink launch, the cruise period lasted 220 seconds, and the total duration of the flight from MECO to landing was 300 seconds)
Also during that interview, Rong Yi (who is apparently on the CZ-10 program now? She used to be manager of CZ-2F then vice-lead designer of CZ-9) said that the YF-100K engines of CZ-10 can increase/uprate their thrust up to 110% (127.5->140tf) during "high operating conditions" which were tested during the 1st test.
