Also important is that it can carry cargo from the space station back to Earth. At the moment only the Shenzhou can do this, but the cargo payload is extremely limited. I also think that it would allow for certain cargo to be brought back the Earth that the Shenzhou cannot carry since it is manned and not really designed to carry cargo. In the Shenzhou they just put bags everywhere, but on the Haolong they could use dedicated racks and equipment. For certain science experiments I think this would be very useful. I would say this is the one of the most important parts of the Haolong, especially when they eventually add more modules.
