The antenna dish for the 40-meter-diameter radio telescope in Shigatse has been installed. Together with its sibling telescope located in Changbai, it will join the Chinese VLBI (Very Long Baseline Interferometry) Network crucial for China's upcoming lunar missions and beyond.

China recovered the Shijian-19 reusable technology verification satellite in 10:39 UTC+8, October 11, 2024 at Dongfeng Landing site.

The satellite was launched in September 27 from Jiuquan.
