yes, it's for YF-90 (2nd stage engine for CZ-9) and YF-215 (FFSC metholox).

The twitter post was wrong in translating "dual chamber hydrogen/lox engine test bed". Both engines are single chamber, it is the test facility has two test stations, each is capable of testing one engine up to 500t thrust.

Two launches within the past 24 hours.

1) A Long March 3B successfully launched a Pakistani communications satellite. This was the 524th flight of the Long March series.

2) A Ceres-1 successfully launched five satellites: Aurora-1, Aurora-2, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Satellite, Yunyao-1 26, and Hebei Linxi-1 (极光星座01星, 02星, 张江高科号卫星, 云遥一号26星, 河北临西一号). This was the 13th flight of the launch vehicle.

An update on the Hainan Commercial Spaceport. Full-system debugging has been completed for the liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen delivery system of launchpad No. 1.

That was quick. The propellant delivery system for launchpad No.1 of the Hainan Commercial Spaceport has passed preliminary acceptance after an expert review. Next, adjustments will be made to the delivery system based on the review before the final acceptance process begins.
