If some of these private/commercial companies are actually able to deliver on their promises (and that is a big if), then it may actually be somewhat promising to the overall space launch capability in China.
Frankly, if some of the projects like TL-3/3H and ZQ-3 can come to fruition on their schedules, then it almost makes projects like CZ-10 obsolete it cannot be sped up, and certainly would make other projects lighter than CZ-10A, TL-3, ZQ-3 almost irrelevant and uneconomical assuming those can be mass produced and made reusable.
If (again, a big if) these commercial heavy launchers can be made viable and reusable, and if CZ-10/A can be moved to the left a bit, then the remaining question is how quickly they can reach a reliable and reusable super heavy rocket/first stage to compete with SpaceX's Super Heavy.
