Any news on the Earth 2.0 project? Is the project approved, is the satellite being built...

I don't have an exact timeline, knowing China they will stick to their original timeline of 2026, but they are doing it still. Here are two links, I believe these are the project you are referring to, though you will have to translate them to English.

Chinese launch startup Orienspace is making moves. It has signed an agreement with Wuxi city to build a facility capable of making 300 liquid rocket engines per year. Engines will power the Gravity-2 kerolox rocket, to be capable of carrying 15 tons to LEO, first launch in 2025.

Orienspace has also recently completed testing of its Gravity-1 solid rocket (6 tons+ to LEO) and is targeting a test launch from a sea platform off Shandong around December.

A Long March 2C successfully launched 环境减灾二号06 (Disaster Mitigation 2 satellite No. 6) into orbit. The satellite is equipped with an S-band radar to obtain global 3D radar images to assist in environmental monitoring and disaster relief. This launch marked the 482nd flight of the Long March Series.
