Because of the orbital inclination of the Chinese space station the Russians will likely need a new launch pad and vehicle.
Those are currently being worked on, but it will take many years to be in service. There is also a likelihood some projects might get cancelled to cut costs because of the war and the sanctions.
I think Roscosmos has put money into too many space launcher projects. Angara was supposed to be a universal launcher family but now it turns out traditional Soyuz will continue and they are also making two new rockets Soyuz 5 and Yenisei. The way the Russians run their space program is highly wasteful.
