Ground command/control center dedicated to monitoring and controlling the experiments on the new space station. The command center will also be used to operate the future space telescope that will be flying alongside the space station. The telescope can also dock with the station for maintenance and upgrades.
Some of the experiments are carried out inside 14 highly automated standardized cabinets inside the station, and for additional experiments.

Apparently, Tianhe will be the first manned spacecraft/station to have hall effect thrusters. It was said that the Lunar Gateway would be the first.
