Very cool idea, hopefully sooner than the original plan, the first Hongyan 1 satellite was launched yesterday together with six Yunhai-2 satellites

Hongyan 1

Hongyan 1 is a prototype satellite for the Chinese 300 satellte Hongyan broad-band LEO communications constellation.
The first Hongyan satellite will launch on a CZ-2D (2) rocket and go into a 1100-kilometer orbit to test L- and Ka-band communications technologies.
Nine Hongyan satellites will be launched by 2020 to test the system, which ultimately will comprise 320 satellites. A factory able to produce as many as 130 Hongyan satellites a year has been built in the Chinese port city of Tianjin.

why Apollo and other countries haven't managed to land on the far side of the moon? Is it technically difficult? why?

Is it because of this reason?

As a result, it is not possible for a lunar rover to communicate directly with ground control. It is difficult because the far side never visible from earth.
