I think that's the whole spacecraft.

You have your standard flattened-cone-shaped lander on top, with the orbiter with its big receiver/transmitter below.

I am pretty sure it is the whole lander given the fact that you can see the legs.

On the very top is what looks to be the reentry capsule that presumably have the heat shield to withstand the heat of reentry. But how would it land is the question.
