I guess the space plane has raised its orbit by firing its own engines.

China have already experimented with space tugs to move satellites to different orbits. So that's another way to move stuff in space. But that's not used here obviously. There's also solar sails.
There is also possibility for it to be a CZ-6 rather than a 2D.
CMSE Office: Mengtian Laboratory Module, the second lab module of the Chinese Space Station, has been completed all the research and development procedure in Shanghai Aerospace Equipments Manufacturer Co. and arrived at the Wenchang Space Launch Site recently.
Various final assembly and testing works will be carried out for the module in Wenchang Launch Site as planned. Then the Mengtian Laboratory Module will be launched from Wenchang in October.
At 12:11 on August 9, Galaxy Power Aerospace successfully launched the Ceres-1 (Yaosan) and Xingguang Yicai carrier rocket at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and successfully launched Taijing-1 Star 01, Star 02 and Donghai-1. The satellite is precisely placed into a 500-kilometer sun-synchronous orbit.

The Ceres-1 Yao-3 rocket from the private launch company successfully placed three satellites –– Donghai-1 (东海一号) and Tailing-1 (泰景一号) 01 and 02 –– into their respective orbits. The Taijing-1 01 and 02 satellites are mainly used for commercial remote sensing, and Donghai-1 satellite will be used to verify the multi-mode remote sensing detection technology of micro polarized light cameras.
