That story baffles me. Is this about space debris and identifying who's responsible? Are they angry that it's litter on the moon? Remember India crashed their rocket on the moon just so they can spin they're the second country to plant their flag on the moon after the US because they put an Indian flag in it for that very purpose. No one complained that was space junk.

I believe this rocket that they crashed to spin they planted their flag was before their failed rover mission.
don't forget FAA trying to keep Boeing 737 MAX flying and allowing SpaceX to violate federal law, skirt environmental review, etc in Texas.
