Singaporer is still providing Changi base for the US Navy. At the same time their sovereign funds GIC and Temasek are allowed to buy huge stakes in China's critical firms that is usually out of reach for western financial institutes.
Well, if Singapore allows Changi to be used by the US Navy during a conflict, Singapore has declared war on China.
So those stakes in Chinese firms will be forfeit

Putin said alliance with China is possible in the future and russia has provided China with sensitive military technology
I am a huge proponent of China having a military alliance with russia, because as we all can see the us is building an asian nato with the quad to contain China this alliance at the moment consist of us, japan, australia and india but with russia firmly on China side this quad can be neutralized
For all of russia weaknesses her military tech is still world class, combined with China massive industrial power, no alliance will be able to contain them

An informal one or an understanding, right now there is an arrangement to support each other, its less militaristic and each one had room to maneuver diplomatically.
There is no need; both Russia and China are strong enough to defend themselves against any threat. It's not in the interest of the world to have a world splitting into opposing camps again, although there might be a small faction of elites in the US wanting to relive the dream and glory of the cold war, with the US leading the "free world" against the "axis of evils" in Beijing and Moscow. Or, in short, maintain the slipping primacy of the US.
In reality, China and Russia can move close to strategic alliance without signing a formal defense treaty. If NATO invades Russia from Europe, China's vast industrial power will backstop Russia; if the so-called Asia NATO ever came to being and engaged in some serious hostilities against China, China can rely on Russia's energy supply. Currently, Russia and China are cooperating on missile early warning systems. They will likely be expanded and enhanced into other strategic areas, depending on the level of threat.
It's very likely and makes a lot of sense. For Russia, Indian Ocean and South Pacific Ocean can be better covered from China; for China, Arctic Ocean and Northern Pacific can be better covered from Russia. So it's complementary and mutually beneficial. The cooperation in missile early warning system will lay the technology foundation. From there, they can gradually integrate operations.
