Agreed my friend..... we all are very excited but skeptical from our corrupt leaders & political system, who can easily fall in to the hands of non CPEC supportive elements for their on vested interests ... hope we can cope them out as well.

Ansari Chief Strategy and Business Planning, KP-Economic Zone Peshawar, Mian Khalid Jan, Industry Department, Peshawar, prominent industrialists, traders, Lecturers of various Universities and colleges participate and gave a comprehensive presentation over the CPEC Project.

Approved up-gradation of 164 Km Jaglot-Sakardu Road with cost 31 Billion Rs
The Executive Board of the National Highway Authority has approved the project for widening and up-gradation of Jaglot-Skardu strategic road
The meeting was informed that 164 km road will be completed at a cost of Rs. 31 billion in three years time. The existing route that is not in a good condition will be improved and widened along with smoothening of the sharp curves which will not only make travelling safer but also reduce the travel time to a considerable extent.

East West Corridor: Construction of 4 Lane 1.2 Km Bridge across River Sindh linking D I Khan Islamabad Motorway Yarik Interchange and Kalur Kot (Bhakkar) with 2 lane approach road approved by NHA with cost 7 Billion Rs. It will link shortly Indus Highway and MM Road.It is part of Major Bridges on River Indus advised by JICA 2006 Report.

In September 2013, Pakistan's Water and Power Development Authority signed a Rs. 26.053 billion contract with Chinese firm Sinohydro and Germany's Voith Hydro for executing civil works on the 1,410 MW Tarbela-IV Extension Project. Construction commenced in February 2014, and is expected to be completed by June 2017.Upon completion, the project will augment the Early Harvest Project of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor.
