Indian news.Dunno if anyone mentioned this,
On August 30th 2022,
China conducted a large build up of its military along the Ussuri River, the border between China's HeilongJiang province and Russian Federal District Khabarovsk Krai. No reason was given for the large build up of Chinese troops and military hardware other than conducting war games. The Kremlin requested a formal explanation for the Chinese military build-up China said it was "conducting security drills designed to strengthen China's readiness to defend its borders".
