Ahh lol I didn't click the highlighted word to ascertain what the purported leak was about. Someone said here that's it's fake and I have no idea if the claim is true or not.

Some astute observations of the latest development of Chinese MIC. The increase in not just equipment acquisition but also acceleration of consumption of weapons and components indicating more training. The latter is consistent with PLA has been trying to do more lately. All good signs.
The only problem I have with the article is the last sentence:
"It may not bode well for the world, but China’s military companies have very bright prospects."
It actually bodes well for the world and the international community that world will become more balanced.

China continues to work on the new underground facility at the Lop Nur nuclear test site. Activity at the construction site increased late last year. Piles of excavated material have increased, a larger support area has been established, and a new road is being constructed.
