Actual tests with warheads like depicted on some ballistic / hypersonice missile?
We should assume yes.

Does the PLA actual deploy such warheads?
We don't know, can only say maybe or plausible.

Same with if they are actually offering something like it as an export.

The former, was not saying the PLA operates such a system. Well, if that's the case, quite intriguing then given the possibilities one could use with this with a wide variety of payloads. Again, I'd assume so as they've listed specifications.

Perhaps exporting weapons to countries China doesn't officially export weapons to.

YKJ is designed for attrition warfare—optimized for prolonged conflict through lower costs and accelerated production—filling a similar niche as the Shahed-136. I believe this aligns with a clear demand within the PLA.

Number of reloads is so low in this estimate, even Iran has much better reloads for their missile launchers.

If this is true, then rocket force will run out much faster than Iran.
