J-16s from the 7th Brigade training at Rugao AB, published in October, it's the first time been shown at this AB by eng.chinamil.com.cn ever since the 7th moved back to Rugao.

Really? I thought, the 7th AB was relocated from Wuhu to Jiaxing AB?!

Not sure about Jiaxiang AB yet(btw occupied by the 78th in summer), but I'm pretty confident Rugao is one of the home bases of the 7th if not the only one, based on the wording of the official report, photographer‘s unit, GE image, etc.
