Another major surprise! If I‘m not mistaken this J-16 with the serial number 73368 assigned to the 125th Air Brigade has the cn. 1303 and is as such the first confirmed Batch 13 J-16.

Can we infer the total number of air frames from this or do batch size vary to much ?

is it 24 frames per batch? then it would be minimum 291 confirmed. @Deino ?

for most yes, but I think three early batches had even up to 40 each, so a rough guess would be 3x40 + 9x24 + 3 = 339 not counting the additional J-16D
