They've always had grey radome.
I believe those are training rounds (or maybe training pod is more accurate?) for KD-88

The last image in the article has a very nice logo. The blurring had made the eagle-like bird looks like a cartoon dragon-like Charizard.

This video from May well could be the first comprehensive official report of WTC 99th Aviation Brigade.
It seems as least some squadrons of 99th have finished their conversion training at Korla AB and moved back to Hotan.
This pilot used to be one of the Dadui leaders of 99th according to a report in 2019, since then has been promoted.

Excuse me but is there any additional info about this picture (date and location taken, etc)? I don't think I've ever seen a pitot tube arrangement like this on a flanker, let alone a J-11B so am really curious
