20-21 years ? It's half the age of our CF-18 here in Canada... With the rate of fleet renewal in China, they could keep them for some sort of adversary aircrafts, most of their neighbors have some variant of these. Chinese Flankers had more upgrades and have differrents avionics and capacities.
