Are you sure that this is radar blocker and not device used to keep rocks/grits from being sucked into the engines?
So it is debris grill then. Are you sure that this is radar blocker and not device used to keep rocks/grits from being sucked into the engines?
yeah please stop with this kind of bs, this forum really isn't the placebecause shenfei sucks at revamp
There is no indication it's especially difficult either.there's only 4 commissioned fighter jet with DSI intake in this world...3 of them belongs to China, 1 USA.
easy?
You forgot the FTC-2000G, so it's 5 fighters and 4 belongs to China... would be nice to the eye to see a flanker with that kind of intake but no way they will spend a dime doing so.there's only 4 commissioned fighter jet with DSI intake in this world...3 of them belongs to China, 1 USA.
easy?
there's all indications showing it's not easy for any nation to just induct DSI. Russia for one hasnt been able to given its great prowess in fighter jets. There is no indication it's especially difficult either.
It is but a matter of choice -conveniently placed in-between adjustable and fixed ones.
j10c proved that it's possible to induct dsi for the flankers.......maybe SAC should contact CAC more often to get the know howThe Flanker fuselage was designed by Russians. Sure the Chinese did copy the fuselage, but maybe they don't have a full grasp of it so they left the intakes alone rather than turning them into DSI.
Has it even tried, though?there's all indications showing it's not easy for any nation to just induct DSI. Russia for one hasnt been able to given its great prowess in fighter jets.
