Don't ask me why?? but I LOVE gear in transit pictures, as well as drogue chutes, and as you all know, two drogues are better than one!
and this gear in transit is better than the usual because the gear has already started to "articulate" into its stowed position, and the legs retract forward, which is way mo betta!
So WS-10B has two modes? In BVR it is 12,800 kgf (~126 kN) but in WVR it can go as high as 13,800 kgf (~135 kN) but at the expense of MTBO? This is similar to the Saturn 117S. It also has an emergency mode that pushes the thrust up to 142 kN. Unfortunately, the WS-10B dry thrust is not given.
if it's an anti ship missile, then that might be, as far as i can remember at least, the first time we see any PLAAF aircraft carry an antiship missile. I don't remember we ever saw PLAAF's JH7 or J-10 or any other planes carry such missiles.
