I already knew that hence why would they bother to point that out? I’m not the one arguing that pilots are going to be sucked into the inlet.

The point is that we are all collectively bright enough to recognize stupidity and bad takes from other outlets and individuals and personalities, so there is no need to post their bad takes in flagship threads.

It just comes across as being bitter at the fact that stupid opinions and bad takes exist and are circulated at other places, without being constructive here. It is essentially just complaining, and for the audience here it is just preaching to the choir at best, or rage-bait circlejerking at worst.

If people really want to fight the good fight and tear down some bad takes and stupid opinions, I advise people to leave SDF to do so and actually contest them at other forums and platforms.

It's still a cliché, but again, we have to understand that these youtube pilots are all 4 gen pilots, there is a aircraft generation gap

For an F-86 pilot, he can understand why the F-4 and F-104 larger than the F-86, but in his eyes, F-14 and F-15 are definitely not fighters.

“but, but, but, how this things work in a dogfight?”

If you already knew that, why didn’t you say it - instead of using that babble about ejections only happening when engines are shut off or when aircraft are breaking apart in the air.

And then you even defended those dimwits because they happen to be ex-US fighter pilots (w/o even a 2nd thought that they run a stupid clickbaity propagandised YouTube channel for geared for consumption by people even stupider than themselves).

The simple response should have been - “physics, duh”.
