Well it is water, vegetable oil, and some carbohydrates. It lacks so many vitamins that they have to add them separately.
A huge chunk of the vegetable, the solids, are taken out. It is like making a soup, drinking the liquids, and separating the solids out. The solids get resold separately.

Plant-based processed foods are bad for your health. The "plant-based" is just marketing. What you're really drinking/eating is seed-based derivatives. Kind of like how vegetable oil is just marketing because it sounds benign, but in reality vegetable oil is extremely bad for your health. There are only a few exceptions to that rule and it is because they are made mostly from the fruit/flesh rather than the seed. Palm oil, avocado oil, and olive oil are a few that come to mind.

I just finished a whole carton lol
Maybe that's why my stomach was not well last week. I thought I ate too many legumes or might have undercooked something at K-BBQ lol

Coconut milk is also made from the fruit.

Plant-based crap is not crap, but as mentioned, most of the vitamins are just added because you are drinking like 98% water mixed with some seed/fruit residue.

That being said, many foods are fortified with all kinds of stuff. Even regular milk in Canada usually has Vitamin A and D added usually. Since we are in the northern hemisphere, the government thought it would be wise to add D.

Whoever told you that milk in Canada has hormones and antibiotics is just listing off the usual crap people list off without knowing the facts. Those are not allowed to be added to milk. If a cow is on antibiotics, they can't be used for milk production. Bovine growth hormones are also banned in Canada (and Europe), but that is not the case in the USA.

Trudeau giving a speech at NATO. Why does Canada even have an Armed Forces? Til this day I still can't understand. Canada has to get better at freeloading off the US.
The one (and likely only) actual security issue that exists is the northwest passage, which Canada considers its internal waters.

The Americans dont, so of course we send 30 year old ships to the South China to get laughed at.
