Sorry but i think that mutual cooperation wont happen. More likely it is going to be strategic confrontation. Yes i know, Biden has talked about cooperation, competition, and confrontation at the same time. But i dont see that happening at all, the only thing that will happen is strategic confrontation because USA regards this as a battle for hegemony, and in this case climate change and economic interests of the masses or maybe even of the mega corporates wont matter to them a lot.
