PLEASE ... we must introduce much stricter rules on new members! There is a dramatically increasing number of new spammer, who right after being signed in start to flood this forum with illegal activities. We have now some sections, that look like this... THIS MUST END.

New member shouldn't be able to create threads and should be limited to 1 post per day. This way spammers (mostly bots) couldn't flood the forum with spam messages.
I will look into this, we had something similar before.
