Venezuela already repaid almost all of the 60b figure, currently estimated around 11b remaining and the debt was in a "oil for loans" deal so probably they'd repay via shipping crude. If that's blocked by US blockade then that's a force majeur event for the deal, i'd assume that's covered in the deal.

Back in 2019 I bought a Huawei phone from Telus and its been really good, but then sometime in 2022 Huawei phones got pulled out (were not offered anymore) of major Canadian phone companies and even local phone repair shops Stopped servicing Huawei devices for repairs..
