No, you are not. There are at least a handful of ethnic Chinese here. I am not sure if there are many Chinese citizens here, though.

That's possible, but not very probably. All of the Chinese sources I see here are second hand sources from the Chinese internet. If they really want to catch the leakers, they would need to focus more on the Chinese internet.
