Anyone know what this hull will be? Seems like there is a hangar.

Looks like a 054A with the window looking out on the helipad.

The stern is shaped differently from the 054A and its rather odd to see one in the water without its top and bridge in place, since production of 054As have become so assembly line by now. I would even wonder if it's for PLAN?

I think the stern is just sitting higher than it actually will be. Looks like a 054A derived hull. Looks larger than F-22P.

I concur it's a 054A derived hull but this hull is definitely not something of a standard build. All the last builds have always been completed and painted hulls before even touching the waters.

Could this be another shipyard starting 054A production? Or as some others speculate, a 054A derived hull for a foreign customer being built by the other Chinese shipyards that don't normally produce 054As?

I saw some article mentioned china had developed a new way to launch jets from carrier, like cold lauch of missle from ship but instead of vertically, it position horizonital. Does this ever tried by US?

You mean the jet is shot off the deck by an explosive or compressed gas charge and only then throttles up it's engines?
If that is what you mean I can't start to see how such an idea could be remotely practical. On todays "open deck" carriers, there's no reason not to use afterbuner from the get go. And the jets' engines will continue to be an important part of the launch equation, until catapults become way more powerfull ...
