Kling continue to lead in # of customers and videos generated.
A lot of people seem to separate out AI results from AI equipment. Kling can only generate this amount of videos at low price with access to massive compute, and yet people simutaneously think China is somehow behind in term of compute because of the US restrictions.

American companies are trying to brute force results with massive spending, while half of the planets top AI researchers are Chinese. There are a lot more facets to the probem than how many cards one has or how fast each card runs, American obsession with brute force without human capital is a guarenteed losing strategy in the long run. E.g. resource spent on GPT5 vs lack of improvements, and Kling winning video generation over Sora

Irony is that it was Tidalwave who kept barking that EUV is 10x harder than making nuclear weapons... When (not if) China chances up in EUV its game over for the West...

Good thing is AGI doesnt seem to be "just around the corner" at least not when it comes to brute forcing scaling laws of bigger and bigger sized models...

Elon Musk says AGI will happen by no later than 2026, yet I am old enough to remember his promise of level 5 full autonomous self driving was coming to Tesla just weeks around the corner, back in 2017....

Some days before Deepseek R1, Fireworks came out with F1....

Yet they also hide chain of thought, wasnt even avialable for API, and had to be on request/invite only...

Now Deepseek finna open weights R1, which absolutely crushes F1 on all metrics

The rug pullers are now themselves getting rug pulled

I cant wait to see what Qwen3 has in store
