Anyone play Battlefield 2??

Personally i'd be happy with 1.4 if they would just update the Chinese forces, really now i'd think that would a big improvement to BF2, at least giving us a T-99 to play with:china:

1.4 is out! havn't played it yet as im waiting for POE to confirm compatibility but its sounds unfortunatley underwhelming.

ahahaha, good job DICE, you released the patch on the very first day of school (in Canada, but the only North America branch for DICE is also in Canada). I smell a conspiracy here...

Max don't you just love the infantry battle now? it's rather shoot, spray, and run. OR go prone and stay prone

I play Battlefield 2: Modern Combat--the PS2 version of BF2. It is not nearly as good as the PC BF2, but the one I have is my favorite for now. My helicopter interest came from BF2: Modern Combat (reason two why its my favorite). I hate it when the enemy helicopters just explode if there empty and you can't grab it on time. The tanks do the same thing. Its the music, map size, weapons, and vehicles that I really like about BF2: Modern Combat. I know BF2: Modern Combat so well, that I found some unlisted cheats to do! I win quicker now! I cant wait to get the PC BF2, though! It looks and sounds SUPER COOL!

bah haven't touched that game for about half a year ever since battlefield 2142 came out, now i can't play any games.. i'm on a tablet

i haven't played that game in like 4 months but my states currently is i'm ranked 252 in the USA for commanding and in the top 1000 for the world... my best was top 500 for the world and like top 50 for the USA

Battlefield 2: Modern Combat; WZ-9 rocket pods

I have noticed a few strange things about the WZ-9s in the Battlefield 2: Modern Combat game, as well as in the PC BF2. They are missing tailskids--not that hard to put in, The landing gear don't retract, and the rocket pods are not like the ones I've seen in the photographs. They are under the center of each wing. Also, the pilot doors look fake because they don't have any handles. Not verry realistic then.

Now, I know its just a game, not be a simulation, but the creators could have put a little more realistic features in it, if it wasn't to much work put on them to do that, of course.

You know, that was my idea first; to make a futuristic version of Battlefield 2, but as usual, someone beat me to it. I had some good ideas for that game. I wanted to call it "Battlefield 3: Future Combat", untill I found Battlefield 2142. I hate it when that happens.
