As a consequence, in the future Europe will have more and more conflicting and contradicting interests to consider.

China is the one who should fear the USA. USA has nothing to fear China.
USA could destroy EVERY SINGLE CHINESE living in Mainland China today, if it wanted to at a minimal cost to USA. There is even doubt that USA will be damaged at all. China doesn't have solid fuel ICMBs. Only liquid. And theese take hours to prepare.
IF the USA launched a preemptive strike against China, it would reduce China to the stone age. And China would have no way to launch her own strikes.
Today, China only as 12-20 ICBMS that can reach the USA. And all of these are liquid fueled.

radiation lingers nearly for forever. it has a half live of a few thousand years. wind and world currents would take the radiation and spread it across the whole world. the china has more than twenty icbms, and it can have a huge anumber should the need arise. if they nuke eachother, everyonr in the whole world, including you skyhwk, should have soemthing to fear.

DF31s are not yet active, and thse don't have the range to hit the continental USA. DF31As do have the range, but they are not finished.
The #s are kept small because China's nuclear deterrent is defensive.
20 ICBMs is sufficient to maintain the minimum deterrence.

China however would be gone. Obliterated. There would be no more Chinese. Because USA has enough nukes to bomb every square inch of China 10x over.

Just like a facist regime (beijing), if beijing tries to attack anyone. on emergency basis, the US will have to nuke china.
the US has the W-70 nukes , and other types of nukes, that the radiation will disappear after 6 month after denotation. Perhaps it is time for a regime change in china. enough is enough.
