Correct I live in west Europe, I don't expect ECB to fix this anytime soon if ever, if I'm not mistaken they were already talking of using eternal debt where they will only pay interest and keep rolling over the debt into the end of times. Technically they are already there with zero and negative interests rates.
its not just about celebrities. How come everyone laughed at Kanye West when he wanted to run for president? You might say - but that's Kanye West, of course. OK, but if Trump failed and Kanye won we would be saying - but that's Donald Trump, of course.
EM is more than a regular celebrity. They jokingly call him Rocket Jesus? But that's actually what they think. He's the dumb man's idea of a smart man. (like Trmp was the poor man's idea of a rich man). Why do people go wild for his claim to colonize Mars and and invest billions in him? Like from a business point of view what's the point of colonizing Mars? Or why are you going to invest even more money into TSLA when they just broke their Fully Self Driving promise and have 3 products that are utter vaporware?
Because he represents hope for those locked into servitude, that they can escape their stagnation with just a bit of luck, and go to glamorous new worlds, or drive into the ecofriendly and affordable future. Not true hope, of course. That's why he can actually pull it off, it is desperation.
Is this why there are so many people obsessed with those scratch-off lotteries?
Will they raise interest rates though?
I just can't see it happening, it'd be political suicide.
But we can see now how desperate the US administration really is with Yellen talking about taxing 'unrealised gains'. Ridiculous.
Not to mention the Americans are having to come, cap in hand to China:
If they gave me Tesla model S/Y/3 for free I wouldn't take it. Just to not be associated with these fanboys. I will never in my life buy this car, even if it would be the last car company in the world. I can ride a bike.
Up to not long ago, bitcoin profits were what was keeping Tesla afloat, scams go hand in hand it seems
Is bitcoin going to $90,000? There is a lot of money to be made.
Depends if you follow PlansB model it might reach 110~177k at the end of the year and might have a blow off top reaching 300~500k
PlansB model has been quiet on point the last 6 years or so.
