If you read the whole article a US Navy carrier is given the name USS Victory..no such carrier and USS Helmas..no such ship. There is a photo of the USS Shangri-La CVA-38.

Probably the Illustrious with bad traductions...
卓越号 here refers to HMS Illustrious (R06), which is the 2nd ship of the Invincible-class light carriers.
Here you can find the actual name translation for HMS Illustrious.
A translation issue Bangladesh popeye, they mean HMS illustrious.
