fortunately I'm not superstitious, but ... after I had begun to respond I accidentally broke a small plate (by knocking it off a small table) now, really
(of course my wife told me many times not to bring a snack on the plate to where I sit with the notebook, but it's creepy)
what I wanted to say ... I didn't see any further reports about the F-35 crash yet

Early days mate, the authorities will be going over the evidence very carefully to discover the root cause and won't want to rush it. The pilot survived so his account will give them an idea of where to look, and the rest of us will just have to be patient.
Breaking the plate would only be unlucky if it fell on a black cat that was walking under a ladder at the time, on Friday 13th of course! Otherwise you're in the clear!

thanks, I don't tend to believe in coincidences, which now worked against me LOL!
I mean out of thousand of moments when I might've knocked off that plate, this one was very special
but yeah, my wife was right and I shouldn't take the snack and plate out of the kitchen in the first place LOL
So, it was Good News for the Navy, and bad news for the control freaks at the MOD...
