A question i am not a specialist...

Chines birds don't have 2 numbers one for unit and one " personal " ?
Coz the first can change but not the 2nd but more small and difficult to see

By ex this Mirage 2000C have 2 numbers : more big for base/unit and 124 for him

Does anyone have an idea, what Western Theater Command flies the J-10B??

The J-11-brigade mentioned is clearly the 16th Brigade, but in my Orbat no brigade flies the J-10B

Yup, 16th Brigade.

And you don't have to worry about the J-10s, the report said they were on a temporary training assignment, not a permanent basing.
