Algerian fighters used to be solid gray and now seem to use a two tone cammo that is gray and blue.

That is a Su-30MKA.

Like i was saying elsewhere, the Su-35 is an EAF bird judging by the tail number. Probably an old picture.

Earlier batches of Algerian SU-30MKA and the canceled MIG-29SMT used the two tone camo pattern before moving to all gray camo.

There were some alleged SU-35 spotting near the airbase they are supposedly located at, but still no clear high quality image as of yet.
