The source claims that according to the website Algeria has placed an order for the acquisition of the Sukhoi Su-57 stealth fighter, I would say this is unlikely.

There have been many similar claims in the past with regards to Algeria purchasing aircraft be it the Su-57 or the Su-34 but these never materialized. The Su-57 production rate at this time is just too low for any exports to happen. I think exports will only happen after the Su-57M enters service.

I have read Algeria also interested in A-100 AWACS. Algeria is largest country in Africa so it needs long range platforms/sensors and better be reliable in extreme weather of Sahara. They will need to replace all other fighters beside Su-30MKA.
I think there Su-MKA fleet maybe over 80. here escorting.
