US is threatening global strategic stability. Russia and China should offer a firm defensive nuclear umbrella that would be activated if Iran was attacked first by nuclear attack.
By making such threats, global stability and security are threatened which would directly affect Chinese development interests and national security by prompting an uncontrolled race to nuclear weapons among all small, medium, and major countries.
It is critically important that Russia and China should first jointly respond with strong words and specifically mention that usage of nuclear weapons by any party would be a red line. If US keeps up this rhetoric, then a joint unilateral Russia-China announcement of a defensive nuclear umbrella should be made. Iran agreement or not, is not needed - global security and stability are at stake here

I think after 40 days it is clear the war will be ended ONLY if there is at least a 1930 style depression.
In worst case the west and big part of the world will experience a 1991 easter block style economical collapse, with 20%+ unemployment, bank liquidations , internatilan trade collapse.
As it looks like the billionaires and banker families moving the events don't plan forward, and can't evaluate risks.
They react for events, means they stop the war if they don't have means to contionue it.

You expect that the USA or generally the western inteligence agenices, and decision making political structures still functioning as intedned.
If the oligarch took control of them then they caan't and won't evaluate nuclear, global war or whatever risks.
They will do whatever they need to do to stay in power, and the actions that they take restricted only be the available means that they have.
If the senate and congress members feel that the citizens of USA will kill them before the oligarch then they will change the course.
Or if the oligarch hasn't got money any more to stuff the polticans pocket.
Or if the goverment aemployees will command bigger power than all of the oligarch .
Outstanding incompetence and stupidity aside, cannot see nukes being dropped. Serves no strategic or even private interest. MIC doesn't want to see anti-war sentiment, finance doesn't want to see US trust go down, intel agencies don't want to have to deal with every middle power starting a nuclear program secretly or otherwise.
It is actually the purpose of US activities since Biden. They know they have no industrial output to offer, their military capability is declining which leads them to loose control of oil supply, their treasure bond is loosing value. US is becoming a resource exporter (oil and gas). To make sure they have a sizable market, they would want to monoply of oil and gas export to a group of countries ("allies/slaves"). The less options that other western countries have the better. It is the way how US can maintain some influence/dominance. In short US use these wars to dig a tranch around its sphere of influence. It is US building iron curtain.

Why should China and Russia go out of their way to interrupt America as it’s making an its biggest strategic mistake yet? This line of argument is basically a mirroring of that idiotic Foreign Policy Shitpiece about its China’s absence that is making America do stupid things around the world. China isn’t America’s daddy obliged to keep it in line, America already has a daddy in Israel who is actively egging it on
Global security and stability isn’t really at stake, it’s the future of the western rules based order that is on the line.
As brutal as it sounds, Iran can survive a limited nuclear attack, but American global power cannot. China and Russia will only make their movies after America has crossed the ultimate red line to capitalise on the global outrage that will ensue to end American global power and isolate and contain it in all aspects and make it the new apartheid South Africa shunned and loathed by all.

I don't see how the collapse of the petrodollar and collapse of the financial system that they spent decades building is gonna leave them richer than before considering all their money is tied to US companies and US stocks and if those take a major hit or even collapse they can say goodbye to the majority of their wealth, unless their put their wealth into something like gold or the yuan, i don't know how they're gonna benefit from this. There's a reason Iran is striking assets owned by American and Israeli shareholders, and that's to actually inflict losses were it's painful. I can see them making money off of oil but than again that's going to cause a whole load of domestic issues for them like people actually calling for their heads because the US won't have enough domestic supply since the billionaires would be selling it all overseas, so i don't see a way out for them.
