yep. By all accounts the segment with actual PLA troops and equipment will only be about 70 minutes long and foot soldiers have been going past for about 15 so we gotta get to the vehicles now
No. Those unpowered warheads themselves don't count as a "stage". The stages only refer to the individual stages of rocket engines and the fuel container segments which fuel their respective engines - Of which ICBMs have three.
