It is possible that the project initiation and research and development will coincide with the centenary of the founding of the CCP
I don't think there's a reason to post snippets of the full parade being reposted on twitter by places like Sputnik.
As I understand it those snippets aren't actually unique or high quality footage, it's the same footage from CCTV.

Former Australian Foreign Minister/New South Wales Premier Bob Carr is also in Beijing at the moment. He published an article explaining his decision to accept the invitation , though he chose not to attend the military parade.

I've been suggesting for years that there will be no manned replacement for the J-10. There is no future for short ranged manned air defense fighters in the PLAAF, as the role will be among the first to be taken over by unmanned platforms, along with CAS.Most interesting to me was they've gone beyond just the Wingmen, but actual 6th gen unmanned fighters. I do believe there will still be a certain controllable degree of autonomy depending on the situation.
I also think this is a wise way to hard-counter the combined numerical superiority of Western 5th gens.
That IMO also signals the end of J-10 production (soon). It had a good run o/. Do not be saddened, Its okay, PAF will keep Rafale-Killers alive in our mind spaceand the PAF fanbois will keep it alive on the social media.

HHQ-9C is not an upgraded variant of the HHQ-9 family, as its role is different. HHQ-9B has far greater range.
The stern compartment of this vessel is designed much like the cargo bed of a pickup truck.
Let's stretch our imagination a bit further: remove the reel and VDS, and you've essentially stripped out the anti-submarine module. Install a HJ-20, and you've got an anti-ship module. Swap in an FB-10A launcher, and you've got an air defense module.
That's the real LCS.

And here comes the missile, its absolutely huuugge. A truly beautiful missile, trust me, its one of the best, the very best! Believe me, I know missiles better than anybody!
